Most of what goes wrong in Ghanaian logistics happens at a handover — the container leaves the port and nobody can say where it is, goods arrive at a warehouse and the count is argued about a month later, a parcel is delivered and there is no proof it ever was. Osoro is one system across the whole chain, so every handover is recorded once and read by everybody afterwards.
Your container is collected from the port and hauled to wherever it is going — your warehouse, your customer's, or ours. Weighbridge tickets, axle loads and demurrage days are recorded against the container, not remembered.
How the haul works →What arrives is counted against what was expected, and the difference is a record rather than a conversation. Goods go to a numbered position on a numbered shelf, so "we have it somewhere" stops being an answer.
How the warehouse works →Storage is charged by what is actually on the floor each week, from the stock record itself. You can see your own balance, your own movements and your own bill without asking anybody for a spreadsheet.
Storage →Orders are picked from your goods, in waves, by people holding a device that tells them the shelf. Trade orders go out on a vehicle; retail orders go to the last mile below. Both come off the same stock.
Distribution →A rider is given a round rather than a stop at a time. Every drop is photographed at the door and matched against a confirmed location, cash is counted and reconciled the same day, and the customer can follow it without ringing anybody.
How delivery works →Your customer gets a link. No account, no app — where it is, who is bringing it, and a way to say "come tomorrow" before the rider sets off.
Your stock, your orders, your invoices and how your deliveries have actually gone — first-attempt success, on the promise, cost per drop.
If you sell online, your orders can arrive here automatically and the tracking can go back to your customer without anyone retyping an address. See the documentation.

One record, end to end. A carton that comes off a ship at Tema and ends up in somebody's hand in Madina is the same record the whole way. That is the point of doing all four stages in one system rather than handing a reference between four companies.
The reference is in the message you were sent.
